Of course it's entirely right to step forward and defend LGBTQ rights against the assault from the right-wing 'culture warriors'. Though class and material conditions must be the basis of any sustainable progressive politics, it follows as night follows day that the eradication of hierarchuical relations and truly libertarian socialism entails the full expression of sexualities. The difference between socialism and US-brand hyperindividualized liberalism is of course that in the latter identity politics become the focus of efforts.

Put simply, liberation of the working classes leads necessarily to liberation of minorities along with it, and efforts must always be made to ensure that it is so.

“The “Guerillas” are a reference to the “Guerilla Warfare” that MAGA Communism sees as necessary to transform civil society, but the guerilla also refers to “being overlooked.” It is thus an implicit call to sublimate one’s dejected loser status to rise to a higher fight.”

I can inform you that it’s not “guerillas” but “gorillas”.

On the basis of this false information you make a speculation which then by result becomes ridiculous.

This is not philosophy. This is not logic. What did you take as your base for this essay if you did not even do the basic investigation?

"Lewis Powell wrote a memo in 1971 that said basically, 'Capitalism free enterprise was under assault. And if we didn't as conservatives, business people, corporations didn't fight back, they would be subsumed.' Well, they fought back, Michael, and it has been one of the most successful and underreported fights over the last 50 years. They have created a conservative media ecosystem." - Eric Adelstein, Harris/Walz Media Consultant

The problem with debate culture is that it is almost purely optical. At best you get some preaching to the choir and at its worst it has all the features of a kangaroo court. How many rare birds are swayed by the Socratic method? If so, how much persuasion was really just a long process of having one’s ears prepared to hear? The real work is the less sexy, ground level stuff — building, practicing, communicating, cooperatively together. Means and ends is only an analytical distinction. The authoritarian impulse denies true labor its rightful place.
